This cover is an outstanding choice, offering excellent durability, high load-bearing capacity, and ease of assembly. Crafted from high-quality galvanized steel sheets with a thickness ranging from 0.45 to 0.75 mm, it ensures reliable performance. The trapezoidal sheet design is also a versatile solution for facade cladding.

A popular option is the sandwich configuration, which pairs two types of trapezoidal sheets. This approach is highly user-friendly and allows the investor to select the preferred insulation material for the sandwich layer. It provides a straightforward solution for thermal insulation of both roofs and walls.

The board lengths are customized to meet client requirements, while the standard covering width is 1000 mm.

TRAPEZOIDAL SHEET METAL - ATTRACTIVE is used for cladding facades, but also as roofing sheets with roof slopes greater than 15 degrees. It is aesthetically pleasing and very practical to install.

Dampa is a versatile material used for covering facades and ceiling surfaces. The sheets used to create dampa are highly resistant to corrosion and weathering, making them a durable choice for various applications. Primarily utilized for cladding facades and eaves, dampa is suitable for both commercial and residential buildings. Like cassette sheets, dampa stands out for its aesthetic appeal. The fastening elements, such as screws, remain discreetly concealed, giving buildings a sleek, modern appearance with excellent visual appeal.

CLADDING SHEETS The sheet metal serves to prevent water from entering the roof. They are connecting details and are an indispensable part of every construction sheet metal shop.

Attachment and Material Details:
These components are secured using screws, impact dowels, or adhesives and sealants, available in frame-matching colors. They are crafted from premium galvanized sheets with a thickness ranging from 0.50 to 0.60 mm, offered in standard RAL colors tailored to customer requirements. The maximum length available is 8 meters, and production is customized per the client’s specifications.

Wind Strip (Front Molding): The wind strip, also known as front molding, is installed on the front horns of the structure. Its primary function is to ensure watertightness at the cover's edge while protecting against wind, sunlight, and moisture. Available in several variations—such as under-sheet or over-sheet molding—its width is determined by the roof's substructure.

Introductory Sheet The introductory sheet serves to prevent water from seeping under the roofing material, protecting the lath and horn from rotting. Additionally, it enhances the overall aesthetic appeal of the structure.

Corrugated Sheet Metal The corrugated sheet, also known as the roof bay sheet, is installed at the junctions between two roofs or where the roof meets the attic. It is available in various widths, customized to match the roof's geometry and the customer's preferences.

Kaplama (Roof Ridge Finish) Kaplama is the finishing element for the roof, designed in different styles—triangular or semicircular—depending on the roof's geometry. It is mounted along the roof ridge (the topmost line of the roof) and overlaps from one edge to the other, securing the joints by covering one groove. When installing, Kaplama is aligned to fold the upper flap downward, ideally in the direction opposite to prevailing winds, for optimal durability and protection.

SHEET METAL INSTALLATION

Step 1

For roofs with a wooden structure, we recommend planking with wooden formwork, plank 24 mm across the rafters.

Step 2

Installation of waterproofing is very important when preparing the roof for sheet metal covering. During assembly, we recommend the installation of vapor-permeable waterproof film 95-130 gr/m2. The foil prevents the penetration of steam from the roof, as well as condensate that may appear on the lower surface of the sheet due to temperature differences. It is placed transversely from the gutter towards the ridge, with a minimum overlap of 100 mm.

Step 3

The roof prepared in this way is ready for the installation of the sheet metal. First, the gutter is installed, then the lead-in sheet metal, which prevents water from entering under the sheet metal, as well as rotting the battens and rafters, and gives a better aesthetic appearance.

Step 4

Next, the wind strip is placed on the front rafters. Its role is to ensure water tightness at the end of the roof, and the name itself suggests that it protects the roof from wind, as well as sun and moisture.

Step 5

How to stack the tile if it is made from two parts:
1. lower right
2. upper right
3. lower middle
4. upper middle
5. lower
left 6. upper

Step 6

Sheet metal assembly begins from right to left looking from the gutter towards the ridge, with the serial number as shown in Figure D. If it is a longer roof, it is necessary to make the sheet metal in two parts, although it is not excluded, nor is assembly from the other side if this is required by the geometry of the roof surface. If it is a question of longer roof panels, due to assembly and transport, it is necessary to make sheet metal panels in two parts. The tile board is left longer by 50-70 mm for the overhang in the gutter.
