The tile sheet is attached to the battens using 4.8 x 70mm self-drilling wood screws with metal and neoprene washers in the color of the cover. The screw is placed in the lower part of the plate because the neoprene pad provides 100% waterproofness. In this way, it is possible to tighten the connection well. In the case of installing a screw on the wave plate, deformation of the wave itself may occur.
Roofing foils
Roof foils play a major role in protecting buildings from the effects of the weather. In addition to better energy efficiency, the foil also offers protection against condensation and water penetration. The roofing foil is mounted on the wooden base before battening. The main function of the roofing film is to allow steam from the bottom side, not water from the top side of the film. Roof foil is a mandatory part of every attic, regardless of the covering material. We offer films from 90 to 230 g/m2.
•Self-drilling screws
The screws are made of specially hardened, galvanized steel with a coating that has a minimum thickness of 24 μm (for screws 4.8 x 35 mm). After galvanizing and placing a special washer made of EPDM elastomer, the screw head is covered with thermally hardened polyester powder. Such a production process guarantees excellent coating quality that is resistant to mechanical damage, corrosion and UV rays. The screws are available in 185 colors according to the RAL system.
Roofing nails
We offer high-quality roofing screws for sheet metal processing. Ring-rolled screws are made of low-carbon steel, protected by a zinc coating, with a minimum thickness of 35 mm, with a washer made of EPDM elastomer. The screw head is covered with polyester powder in one of 185 colors according to the RAL system.
Adhesives and silicones
During the assembly of rainwater drainage systems, chimneys and other parts where elements need to be joined, glues or silicones are used more and more. We offer glues and silicones of top quality and in all colors according to the RAL system. Before using silicone, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and degrease the surface on which it is applied. We provide a 12-month warranty for silicones.
Base coats
Lacquers are used to remove damage caused during assembly work, or scratches that are the cause of corrosion and may have a negative impact on future exploitation. There are two basic types of varnishes: matte and standard. Their colors correspond to the colors of the tile sheet according to the RAL scale or according to the individual markings that are in the current offer of manufacturers and distributors in Poland. We provide a 12-month warranty for can varnishes, and a 24-month guarantee for spray varnishes.
